Our Food & Drink
The food at The Stamford is a well-travelled collection of seasonal ingredients used to create dishes that draw influence & flavour from our team’s collective experiences around the world, while still staying true to the pub's British roots. Expect classics aplenty such as bacon chop & fried duck egg alongside the more unusual dishes such as haggis cottage pie and of course the best roast dinners in town.
We will serve from three menus; A La Carte & Set Menu, served from noon Tuesday – Saturday and the Sunday School, an all day Sunday menu with our four roast dinners at its heart.
Our drinks menu will be styled on our own tastes and adventures, with the diverse and different often featured amongst classic pours. Expect unusual craft ales next to the bestsellers, fantastic finds in the wine department and imaginative cocktails. We're big into gin and as such you will find a large selection of favourites; some obvious, some still waiting to be discovered.
